Lippia (Phyla canescens), now a Noxious Weed in all of NSW

Steve Whan, Minister for Primary Industries gazetted Weed Control Order Number 25 declaring Lippia, Phyla canescens to be a Locally Controlled (Class 4) weed for the whole of NSW on 9 March 2010.

Class 4 Control Measures : "The plant must not be sold, propagated or knowingly distributed by any person other than a person involved in a hay or lucerne production.  The growth and spread of the plant must be controlled according to the measures specified in a management plan published by the local control authority."
